1. Service Overview
TXAgentNow (txagentnow.com) is a free real estate agent matching service operated by Johnston & Ricci Realty Group, brokered under Coldwell Banker Apex, REALTORS®. We connect homebuyers and sellers in North Texas with qualified real estate agents at no cost to the consumer for the matching service.
2. No Cost to You for Matching
Our agent matching service is completely free for consumers. There is no fee charged to you for being matched with a real estate agent through TXAgentNow. Brokerage services provided by a matched agent are separate: any broker compensation is explained and agreed to in writing between you and your agent before you commit.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By submitting a form on our website and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from TXAgentNow regarding your real estate inquiry.
- Program Name: TXAgentNow Lead Notifications
- Message Frequency: You will receive 1-5 messages related to your inquiry. This is not a recurring subscription.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@txagentnow.com.
- Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers.
4. Consent
By submitting your information through our website forms, you consent to be contacted by TXAgentNow and/or a matched real estate agent via phone, email, and text message regarding your real estate needs. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
5. No Guarantee
While we strive to match you with the best agent for your needs, TXAgentNow does not guarantee any specific outcomes related to buying, selling, or any real estate transaction. All real estate transactions are subject to the terms agreed upon between you and your matched agent.
6. TREC Disclosures
